Prioritize your health

Human beings have access to more leisure and exercise

opportunities now than at any other point in human history.

In fact, more and more people are joining gyms, playing

sports, and getting active, yet obesity rates continue to rise!

If more people are working out now than ever before, where is the disconnect?

Do you spend hours in the gym with little to no results to

show for it?

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years now and I continue to see clients make the same mistakes over and over again.

99% of gym goers spend countless hours in the gym with little to no progress towards a goal. Worse yet, rather than backing up and examining why they may not be progressing, they continue to work harder and harder in the wrong direction.

Rather than adding more exercise to your already busy plate, why not learn how to allocate your time more effectively?

"Work smarter, not harder!"

Fat loss and muscle building

The truth of the matter is, if you are reading this, this cold hard truth is hitting pretty close to home. You start to workout, clean up your diet, put in the effort both in the gym and maybe even in the kitchen by eating 'clean' and 'healthy,' yet week after week, month after month, you aren't seeing the return on your investment.

Your time is valuable. You likely have a career or are a student. You may even have a busy schedule between yourself and your kids. You don't have much time to spend in the gym, so you want to make the most of your time investment there. Every wasted minute in the gym is more time away from other important things in your life.

I am currently a 39 year-old father of 3. My kids are busy, all involved in activities, keeping my wife and I busy every day of the week. I also work on top of that.

Throughout my 20s and early 30s, I spent countless hours in the gym working myself to the bone. Once I actually took a step back and evaluated what I was doing, I realized not only was I doing far too much, but I could be spending my time and effort much more effectively. Once I was forced to spend less time in the gym, I realized I could actually get better results with less time - just hyper-focusing my efforts where they're needed most!

Once I shifted gears and changed my priorities, not only did my results improve, but so too did my overall health and all of the other areas of my life as well.
